He looked good tonight and was unlucky not to score. Him, Gomis and Buaben ran the midfield at times out-numbering Brown and Crosas. I felt when Robson came on the game swung our way a bit more though.

 

i think this is hartleys last season so from what im hearing this guy sounds like he could do a job allowing brown to stay in the middle. anyone know much cardiff are asking?

 

Really good player. Liked him from last year when I seen him play against the Huns a few times. He has class and can take people on and gets stuck right in.

Never too sure about taking someone just for the squad. Feel that it diminishes them as a player. It is no longer yeah he is a great player. It becomes he is just a squad player and he plays only when someone is having a bad run of form.

Think if we got him it would be not too bad business at the £100k, but feel it could also ruin a really good talented guy.

 

The lad gave 100% for UTD and reminded me a bit of brown in that he chased everything and was good bursting forward, I'd say sign him for that small amount but cant see where he would fit in as too similar to brown

When Willo Flood banged in his first penalty the night and he well celebrated it...I thought to myself 'I'll remember that ya wee * if u sign for us' then he missed his second one.......if he signs for us he'll probably never do anything better for us than what he did tonight! HAIL HAIL

 

to be fair he was only doing his job ,still a united player. zander diamond's a big tim but it didnt stop him scoring the winner against us and celebrating it.

 

nah, the guy had a job to do tonight and he did it. Shows more character that he did it rather than hiding imo, like Scot Brown!

 

the guy is a proffesional footballer in a cup semi-final. . .no deal has been done for him to come to Celtic.

Aw come oan man....dinnae criticise Broonie...it maybe wisnae bis best game of the season but everyone can have an off night! What aboot Flood though...if he scores on Saturday at Ipox he doesn't need to sign for us he'll have done his job already!

 

Wasnt a critisism of Brown merely stating he scored against Celtic after agreeing to join, Caldwell also played!

Nothin against the boy but when you consider that we already have Brown, Crosas, Hartley, Robson and Donati....where exactly is he going to fit in? He won't. He's no better than the 5 players I just listed so I would leave him where he is to be honest. HAIL HAIL

 

He is a better player than Robson IMO !

 

Don't u think Strachan wastes Robson by playing him on the right wing? If Robson played central or on the left he'd be magic. He's a class player imo.
