Iceland is apparently quite cheap now, since their economy crashed. Well, cheaper than it was.

Cant beat turkey Marmaris is a good resort for a family as not too many discos at night so no idiots screaming at 3 and 4 in the morning. Lots of good restaurants and better value than spain etc although not as good value as when we first went in 1993 where you could get a fried breakfast for 30p and you could go out drinking all night for £12

If your getting a good deal just go for it mate.

Just think, if Turkey was as bad as some people say it is, why do millions of people still go there each year? If it was as bad as some people have said it was to me, no one would go, never mind the millions that really do go. :50:

Scottravel are a good company to use if going to turkey as cheaper than Thomson etc. They are based in Bellshill and the owner is Turkish so he knows the resorts and hotels well www.scottravelholidays.co.uk

Not now you aint :38:1.46 last time i checked

Turkey is great but if your going with kids id recommend Marmaris as some of the other resorts arent aimed at tourists and dont have much happening. Thats where im off to this year due to the dollar dropping and the euro bein pants!! Family of 3 2 weeks self catering going with thomsons £1150 :50: in june!!
