The war's over Onion, you can come out of the jungle!

Culture-wise i'd say Scotland and ireland are closer than Scotland England. My brother is married to an Irish girl and i'm currently stopping another one from getting married.

No junkies in Ireland. . .belter !!

IMO opinion however we are very similar. We are the came race of people celtic/geals.

Whereas English indigoeunous p[eople are prodominently Anglo/saxone.

Obviously this has been mixed up a good bit over the years.

Have noticed one cultural difference between the Scots and the Irish. When the Irish get bladdered they generally just talk * and have a laugh, us Scots seem to have a habit of getting aggressive and fighting after a skinful. Obviously not true of everyone but definitely a trend.... HAIL HAIL

Hey - let's all bow down to this "legend". Clearly, he is the man in all regards: "so i've been told by a few glasgow birds."

Ha - aye right. I learnt this a long, long time ago - folk who boast about "banging" all these birds inevitably end up having * with their own hand as opposed to actually completing all of these notorious feats. Go back to your midget * pal, and stop acting the big man. Some of us actually HAVE had a lay this week as opposed to reading about it and telling fictitious stories on the internet!

Ha - still laughing; you're quite the toast of the office now fucko!

    P.S; better houses?!?! * * - stuck up *.

Somebody do this cretin a favour and give him a meat hook and a noose.

That part was class Martin, right enough. I think we are dealing with a lonely 15 year old with a rather vivid imagination here, if i'm being honest!!

For what is worth I think there is quite a similarity with the west of Scotland and the north western part of Ireland culturally very similar, probably down to the plantation, giving both that uncomfortable protestant feel, the further north you go in Scotland the more it gets like southern Ireland plus you get tennents larger in both so yeah quite similar,
Glasgow great city not unlike Manchester or dare I say it Liverpool for that feel about it, put that down to the Irish influence
