I think Manager has to defend the player, you cant sell one of the team down the river and he could not rise to what was a very leading and sneaky question, i think strachan knows in his heart that goalie was not very clever today, and reporter knows also, and wanted WGS to confirm this, but i am glad he didint, * day though, i feel sick!

think you need to weigh up what it is more important to do for strachan either give the papers fuel for the fire or possibly annoy some fans

thats why sometimes he seems to give ludicrous answers - to distract from his players and daft stories

Brown had no chance with at least 2 of the goals, the defending from set-pieces was awful.
