Just had a bacon sandwich, very nice but I was planning to start my healthy regime today:87: I've an excuse though, bacon and bread is actually about the only food in the house right now!

Ah, but did you trim the fat off the rashers themselves?!?!

Why the diet anyway? Did one over-indulge over the festive season?

As discussed with Angie in the diet thread, I had "light" tomato soup and a brown roll and ham, no butter, for lunch. So begins the regime!

Just in from getting lunch at O'Briens at Glasgow Fort.

Chicken mayonnaise sandwich, and a big mug of tea.

The added extra of sitting facing a girl who came in who bent over revealing a thong that would cut through marble.

I was trying to get the wife to look the other way while I got a swatch.

I've got to say I've eaten in O'Briens 4 times in my life and EVERY * TIME it's been *. That's in 4 different branches too. Must be part of the company profile; hire monkeys to throw food around, until some of it lands on the plate, then charge a fortune for it and serve with a scowl. Hopefully they'll go * bust. Useless.

The legendary fuel zone vital mix lol. Two sandwiches, soup, a packet of crisps and a bottle of water for £1.15...

Although didn't get to eat it all today, there was a fight at the start of lunch which ended with two local young teams coming up to the school and fights were breaking out left, right and centre.. ended up dropping my soup when some random guy chased another boy into the school and leathered him on my table, was not too pleased

its all part of the diet, i really like stir frys though, just prefer to have noodles and sauce with them normally
