  1. Disappointing. Think he could have been a good option to have. Been lacking physicality in midfield for a while now.

  2. He's signed for Montreal Impact

  3. * me, surely we couldve/shouldve went for him.

  4. Source.

  5. Not bothered tbh.

  8. He's exactly what we need as well

  9. Think it’s pretty telling that he’s ended up there.

    He’s clearly regressed massively.

  10. To be honest, he's evidently got something up with him.

The whole fact that he was openly available for £8m and not one single decent european side was interested, is telling. Amiens were the closest. At £8m every team in the EPL could have taken a no risk punt, but still weren't interested.

It's a bit strange and there must be another reason he's ended up there IMO.

  11. He knocked back Bruge did he not?

  12. That was last summer I think.

We were led to believe he knocked them back anyway. I just think it is incredibly weird that Amiens came closest to signing him in January.

  13. coronavirus??

  14. Strange to see someone of his quality go over there at this age, injuries must have really caught up with him if nobody here took a chance, especially down south the amount of money they throw away for relatively pish journeymen without blinking.

Very strange move tbh. At 28 he’s in his prime in theory. Maybe something is up.

  15. If Spurs let him go free then they must know they needed shift of him ASAP.

  16. How long is the contract for? Maybe it's a short term deal to get him fit just in time for pre season here :50:
