Sky HD

i am interested in upgrading to one of these but have a few questions:
1) Does anybody know the waiting list?
2)Do currys or tesco etc sell the boxes in there?
3) and if so, do you have to phone sky up and tell them you've bought one?

 

1) Does anybody know the waiting list? ASAP as there are no sky+ box left, about 5-7 days
2)Do currys or tesco etc sell the boxes in there? No, altho both shops do deals if you buy a hd tv from them that you get a discounted hd box.

im guessing your a sky customer just now, in that case go to cancelations and ask to cancel, as you were told it would cost you £60 for a hd box and they can get a cheap one for you

 

i would phone sky and check the shops rather than checking on a celtic forum:icon_mrgreen:

 

I had to wait 3 months for it but that was about 6 months ago. I know a guy that only had to wait a week. Defo worth it though.
