Sandro Burki?

Does anyone ever remember that this guy apparently signed for us in 2009 i think?

It was all over the papers and in fm2009 he was joining in the january, i was just wondering what ever happened with that? Did we actually sign him or did something happen?

 

No, they thought we were going to sign him on a pre-contract but we never did. Never heard of him since.

We had him on trial in December and his club said they thought he was moving to us in the January transfer window but then it never materialised, I remember around the same time we had a young Swiss boy Michael Lang who I think it was actually announced he had signed for us but then never came, would actually like to know what happened there, he must have changed his mind.

 

Can't even get in the Swiss side. Bad sign.

 

He plays in the 2nd highest Swiss league these days...

 

I though someone mispelt sandra bullock when I seent he title, shows how well know he is.

 

i think sandra bullock still has something to offer despite her age.

I've met this guy a few times cause I played in U18 Team back then. Ha still plays for Aarau, is their captain. Aarau was relegated last season.
He was a big talent once, playing for Bayern Munich youth and was a member of the Swiss U17 European Championship winning side.
He didnt developed as most ppl said he would, but he still has some talent and is a nice lad.

But in 2009 the papers were writing like it was a done deal, we were suprised that he didnt move to glasgow. But tbh, we were more surprised that Celtic had interest in him.:icon_mrgreen:
