aye, they actually admitted they have underestimated Ecuador.
Maybe it was because we beat them 3:0 only some months ago and they were as bad as the weather that day. Then I suppose our team's confidence was strong after defeating Croatia. Plus the tactics and the fact that a coach should react when a team loses after the first half or at least do sth around 50-60th minute...

 

Friendlies count for * all, it's what you do when the pressure is on that counts. The polish teams' bottle crashed.........big time.

 

The manager is the person who should take the pressure off the players

 

Poland lacked creativity throughout the 2 games. They seemed to make plenty of chances in qualifying so a change in formation could be a main reason for the poor displays.

Unlike Argentina, Poland players refused to understand what role the should play in each game. EG Magic was coming into midfield far to often.

 

Magic was a midfielder in the game vs Germany so no wonder he came back often.

The problem with Magic is that he is not in form, and today's papers quote the coaches and the physio who say that some players have not prepared well enough to the tournament and Zurawski, tho not mentioned, is one of them.

He won't play against Costarica, at least not in the first XI.

 

the worst match of the tournemant, our worst as well - in terms of points we won't be the shittiest team in the Cup - but I am ashamed...

I may be proud of being Polish - but I think it's a disgrace those players are not!

 

Probably the best fans of the world, they supported their team til the end and they knew their team were out - respect to the maximum!!!

We would be better NT fans if we had more than 5 songs to sing - this way they sung the national anthem 3 times...

I think Polish club fans are great - but on NT matches theres lots of work to be done.

thier is a lot of polish people here all into football they recently moved from poland i have got to know them well .... and its unfourtunate Poland missed out ... in the world cup i guess they would have partied

Aye he made a typical mistake. Word 'sympathy' is similar to polish 'sympatia' which means 'liking'. And I bet it was polish meaning of the word on his mind

 

well checked the on-line dictionary, apparently there is such word in English although not commonly used. Sorry anyway

anyway, I know my question might sound silly, but I'll repeat it - any Bhoys coming to Warsaw ? I don't need numbers, of course just confirmation. I don't know if our club prepared tickets for away fans, and if the predictions will come true, we're gonna have a full house here. Just wouldn't like you guys to miss out a game with Legia.

 

I don't want to speak instead of our friends from the isles but I believe some fans will come to Warsaw and Cracow to watch the games. This month I've seen many Tims from isles here in Cracow because Poland is popular for vacations amongst them recently (that's what I've read on TC ).
