    Calzone is technically pizza.

    A donner calzone is absolutely filthy and I want to die after it. But it’s totally worth it.

    * love pizza.

    Real, frozen....whatever.

    Make my own these days, got it down to a fine art, apart from no wood fired oven :54:

    Parmesan, fresh basil, and mozeralla on it. Nothing else now. Pepperoni is greasy as *.

    The sourdough oven ones you get in the shops are class.

    Crosta Mollica is the brand the box has black and white stripes on it I usually just get the margarita one but they are very good for normal oven ones.

    I love pepperoni but always end up eating it all off the top before eating the pizza. End up doing that with most toppings.

    My old boy had a pizza oven he got from Costco and they were class.

    There used to be a restaurant on Leith Walk called the Caprice, and it did the best pizza I've ever had. A simple margherita hit the sport, but if pushed to put other toppings on, porcini mushrooms would be my choice. I've never really thought that meat works particularly well on a pizza.

    Not even sure what one it was, just a wee table top one though.

    Toni’s pizza in giffnock is up there with some of the best I’ve had. If you’ve not tried it, it’s definitely worth it. Same guy that owns Lucky Bs

    Dominos is the best pizza around imo and the best type of pizza is a good old Pepperoni. Less is more I reckon when it comes to pizza.

    I'd eat a dominos if it was offered to me but would never choose it ahead of the local Indian or Italian places. It's quite expensive for what it is, especially the sides. Sure one of them was caught selling potato wedges bought from an Iceland store:56:

    It's quite a cheap takeaway, Indians are quite expensive these days. So I get why people go. I've bought 2 pizzas for £15 and that covers lunch the next day

    The fresh ones from the Asda pizza counter are far better value and nicer:50:

    Never bought a Dominoes in my life, get them through work at different times and genuinely think they’re no better than decent. At the price point they’re at it’s actually * ridiculous they get away with it for a pizza.

    10” Smoked sausage and sweetcorn from my local chippy is the dogs danglies. Used to do deliveries 20 odd year ago for them, dough is made fresh (multiple times) every single day, as is the sauce base using fresh ingredients and the place is spotless. Italian guy from Barga I used to go hill walking with. Less than half the price of a Dominoes.
