Best signing the gaffer has made in my view ,

  2. As someone on bbc said, it just a ploy to cover up some of the problems at Celtic the now. I would rather have the team playing well than Lennon coming back.

I was absolutely delighted to come home tonight from practice and see that Neil Lennon was back at Celtic Park and part of the coaching staff. A great appointment I think.
Clearly we have been lacking some drive and real passion and leadership this season and there is no question Lennon has all those qualities in abundance. When you consider how young our team is overall I think this is just an excellent move by Celtic. Lennon has so much experience and know how to offer.

    Welcome Home Lenny:celt_2:

I'm smiling like an idiot this morning, this is by far the best thing Strachan has ever done in his time at Celtic. Lenny will definetly motivate the players the same way Fat Ally does at Mordor.

This is just what we need right now....and has made my mood improve tenfold, can't wait to get tore right into those minging huns.

    Mon The Hoops...!!

Im * delighted, Lennon will be a perfect mentor for our younger players, i.e. Brown, and a great leader to have around the playing ground, he'll hopefully get the best out him and have him playing for the shirt.

i think so ,he has the drive that is needed to encourage these players on ,and his passion for celtic is second to none ,good move from whoever thought this up ,cant wait to see his reaction when the mingers come to parkhesd ,they thought they had seen the last of him ,

  13. It's a shame about the circumstances but he is exactly what we need the now.A coach who'll give the midfield a boot in the baws when it's needed.he did it to McGeady often enough.Welcome back Lenny.
    One of our own

Good to see him back at the club..
Not sure of the real reasons behind the move and who's decision it was and if it's long term..

Will Tommy Burns be taking time out now.
After hearing that Lennon was back in the Celtic dressing room last week trying to rally the team , was his appointment deliberately made after (and not before) the visit to the *-hole on Saturday , knowing the abuse he would have been given..

If it's the first step of the ladder towards a managerial career for Lennon then he's at the right place.. Would love to see him getting it up the huns twice before now and the end of the season and then giving the unwashed , the cigar treatment at the end of the game..

Says in the Times today that Strachan met Lennon when he was down in England doing his Sky duty. And to think Celtic fans were slagging Strachan off for going down south and not having his mind on Saturdays game!!

Terrible - SACK THE FANS. Boycott, burn the stadium, sell the team, wear blue tops.

    People's opinions eh??

I'm delighted. We have lacked a leader midfield and now we have a coach who can show them what it takes. Lenny took charge of the mid, the defence and was the voice of the manager on the park and how to handle the pressure of a big club. Now he can pass all that knowledge on to the next generation of Hoops midfeilders.

Then add all the passion to the dressing room.

    Brilliant.

Brilliant to see Lenny back, as people have mentioned previously his input can only benefit Broon. Can't help thinking that WGS is using him as a bullet proof jacket though??
