    Mind you a quick google search shows that our connections to him are weak, and the Daily Mail reported that we have denied any interest so theres probably not much to this.

    We have done that with players in the past, to be fair.

    If there is anything to it, for £2m we'd be getting an experienced player who, when on form, knows where the goal is.

    He would suit Deila's style down to the ground as well, very hard working. A quick scout on Twitter shows that the Boro' fans really want him back.

    You'd need to ask them that.

    I'd guess he was wanting a new challenge having played there since 2007. His form prior to joining Boro' doesn't seem to have been as great either, looking at his stats.

    Jelle don't want to return to Genk...he made that clear last week. Even after Genk changed their coach ( Peter Maes the best coach in Belgium in my opinion)
    Genk's asking price was €4M and they let him go now for half the price.....around 2 Million euros. I think the guy had still a lot in him and still can approve.
    If we can get him in for this price ....I would gladly take him in !!!!!!!

    Would defos take him for that price. Think he would thive at Celtic. He use to be Genks captain aswell so obviously a bit of a leader. If he embrassed the fitness aspect we could have a quality player on our hands.

    Wanted to b certain ...ditched out the article ....available for £2,2 M ....let's say if we can get him for £2M ....he's a bargain. Saw Boro's play off games....for me he was the most dangerous man.
