    Celtic defender Jos Hooiveld is holding discussions with two English clubs over a possible loan move from Parkhead.

    Championship side Crystal Palace are believed to be one of them although they face competition from an unnamed rival.

    Dutchman Hooiveld has been out-of-favour at Celtic after originally joining them from AIK two-and-a-half-years ago. He spent last season on loan at FC Copenhagen.

    And that has restricted him to only nine appearances for Neil Lennon's side, with the last being against Inverness CT back in November.
