Our great Galician Celtic cousins Celta Vigo are on a great run in the Spanish second division, 4 wins in a row 3 pts off the leaders Jerez who they play on the week end, all this after losing their first 3 games of the season and being last, so lets hope Celta return where they belong in the Spanish first division

Is a good team, they beat my city, Zaragoza, 2-0 in a good match.
Real Zaragoza is going to La liga... Ayala, Diogo, Zapater, Oliveira, Ewerthon... :icon_mrgreen:
Its hard anyway second division here, any small team can beat the first, The first 14 teams are in 7 points, with 21 games to play.

They had a bad season a couple years ago and they didnt make at first try to go up, I think this year they are gonna make it. It happens sometimes in La Liga, a bad year is going to second division. Zaragoza, Celta, Sevilla, Betis, Atletico, some years ago... all tried the flavour of being relegated

Galicia is a Celtic land , many Celts who arrived in Ireland cam from Galicia, it is why the team is called Celta:rolleyes:

Quite like Celta, there are some big big sides in that 2nd division now. Zaragoza, Celta and Sociedad.

I think with Celta and Sociedad it is money, and some dire mistakes appointing managers
