away strip?

Quick Question

Why did we wear our domestic away strip instead of the European one, considering this was a European fixture I wouldve expected the European Away Strip

 

Because it's only a third kit and calling it the 'International Kit' is just a load of bollocks to try and flog more shirts.

Because of the white in it? Maybe UEFA have a stick that far up their * about these things that they couldn't?

 

They'll never wear it, it was only brought out to fleece fans, much like the white one with the green and yellow stripe (one of my favourite Celtic tops) and the black one a couple of years ago. We should be doing what Barca do and using the previous season's away top as a third kit.

 

We'll see it once in the groups stages of the uefa and then maybe against St Johnstone away and I'm sure you'll all be able to get it with the names of the goal scorers in those games for free if you order it that week.

Personally I like it but and used it as the shirt I got all the players to sign when they were out here. I got LARSSON and 7 on mine...too bad I'm too afraid/protective to wear it out now

 

O here we go again with the negatives. Firstly I agree there is no real need for a third or international kit or whatever you want to call. Secondly it is produced really to just try and bring in revenue both from Nike's standpoint and from Celtic's given the percentage we would get. But lay off the negatives. The club is just trying to make money in whatever ways it can to help us compete. If you don't like the shirt, if you think there are too many shirts then don't buy them. But lay off the negatives. There is nothing wrong with the club trying to bring in money. Nobody is being forced to buy any shirts.

 

We couldnt wear the hoops because they would clash with Arsenals kit too much, the white top would have clashed just as much.
