I know what you mean im not an expert of politics, it bores me to death if im being honest, thats the just the basics ive pointed out, youll need to ask someone more knowledgable for more info.

it should be just about football but thats never going to happen with Celtic, more than a football club mate as you well know:50:

i know there more than just a football club,,but that saying comes form the history of celtic,

it dosent come from any political group/or groups of fans with an agenda

the "more than a football club" to me means no matter how much people hate/dislike/want rid/ ect ect ,ONE has to strive to reach ones goal and celtic are that to me

fair play mate thats your interpretation and theres nothing wrong with that but other fans have different views and celtic means different things to different people and thats just the way it is and always will be:50:

and the end of the day i did not pick the name di canio because of the off the field nonsense i picked him because he was a great player.celtic are a football club ,not a political party.

I don't admit to be one, there's only a small hardcore of around 25 or so who should be known as the Green Brigade. I'm one of the guys who sits with them. helps out with displays etc..

Anyway, i'll pm you on the rest..

I know mate but the GB are very strongly antifa, as people can probably tell by their "Smash Facism" banners etc. and Di Canio is a facist

Which is why they thought you were on the wind-up

what a pathetic act. hassling somebody because he picked the name of an explayer?

I always thought celtic would welcome anybody. but they make it sound like celtic only welcomed left wing supporters. as somebody already pointed out it's still celtic people support and not a political party or view. it has always fascinated me how a game of football could unite supporters from different backgrounds for at least 90 mins. no matter if you are right or left, catholic or atheist, black or white, young or old, foreigner or native.. for those 90 mins you all fight for the same goal, you want your team to do well, to win the game! only that matters! how many times have you huged a stranger and felt like brothers after a great goal or victory? football connects and ultra groups are supposed to be like that. everybody should be welcome and there should be more than only one opinion allowed.

but when I see the green brigade profile, it reads like a political party. I doubt st pauli ultras wrote down their poltical beliefs before they went to the stadium to support the team. they were ultras in the beginning, the political touch followed years later.

UK just ain't ready for the ultras mentality. now less than ever if so called ultras act like that.
