    After seeing the splendid work of Koki Mizuno, although I'm a WGS supporter, I wonder, what took you so long to put the wee man in??? Come to think of it, McGeady's scandal was a blessing from *!

    Well he was injured at the start of the season and missed a bit of pre-season so that probably had a part to play, Shaun and Naka hadn't been playing too bad in that 12 game winning spell either I guess.

    The McGeady situation has definitely given him his chance and he's taken it.

    i agree mate koki was fantastic today! and his 1st start aswell.
    never wasted a pass ,got stuck in,great touch,and scored aswell excellant gotta start against the huns on saturday.

    4 f.sake we love 2 get carried away on here. he was up against a crap falkirk team + did'nt do much apart from score a pretty good goal...

    we'll c how could he is when the manky mob put himin the front row of the stand at the hunery...

    When I saw all the cheering of the TicTalk chatbox, I was 'Mizuno really scored??', and when I saw the goal....pure bliss. Naka's assist for Scott was another joy.

    Just listening to wgs say's he was making sure Koki was settled in as it would be a big culture shock to him,and the fact this has all happend with McGeady its opened the door for him great debut for the wee man today.

    He might not have been mentally or physically ready in the first 6 months.

    Then of coure injuries kept him out the team. Brilliantly taken goal, should give him a wee boost

    i think it was perfect timing nearly a year from when he signed . strachen done the right think letting him settle in the reserves and giving him his chance when he was ready

    Andy, if you didn't see him do much that says more about you than him, he was involved in a lot today.

    He hasn't been tested because of Nakamura, McGeady, Maloney et all.

    Maybe not Mendes, but we were physically outmuscled in August, so yes he probably would be booted into the stand, it's just whether he could cope with that and respond well.
