In a really weird position in the CL... I'm in 3rd place but i'm in total control of the group!

Sensational 2-1 wins at home over Liverpool and atletico madrid put me in this position

Last games:
Slavia Prague vs Celtic
Liverpool vs Atletico Madrid

I beat prague 3-0 at home and they have a goal difference of -21 (lol)

3rd season and this is going to be the first time I qualify for the champions league Last 16 is virtually in the bag

Hopefully Liverpool+At Madrid draw so I can finish top but im not really bothered

 

I keep him as a back up CB.

N'Koulou & Caldwell have taken knocks and I was left with O'Dea and a regen (decent SPL level) so Jan has arrived and I've forked out €17M for Leo, please be good as I've never had him before

 

I signed him in 2012 for my Celtic save. 8.5M he cost me. He's my best defender now, worth it. Scores a lot.

If I wanted a challenge, I really should try and develop some of the regens but I dont want a headache

N'Koulou is back but now has * off for the ACON!

Leo was definitely worth it, saved myself €1.5M in transfer fee and 6 month wages by waiting until January, I'm a genius!!:icon_mrgreen:

 

Whenever I'm playing and I'm close to closing it and I decide to play just one more match and that's that, I end up not getting a result in that one, every single time. Need to fight the just one match urge.


On a different note, anyone ever tried a game with Athletic Bilbao, that must be quite a challenge, a frustrating one as well.

Is Crosas always touted as the next Senna?

 

Not always

There was a regen I flogged to Dundee United thats touted as the next Senna aswell. Basically you have to nuture them very well to realise such potential (if it actually even exists)

I have Morgan Schneiderlin who was touted as the next Michel Platini, he develops into a seriously good all round midfielder, highly recommend him!

 

Just reached January and was thinking about him. Had him at Swansea but didnt play on so didnt see what he turned out like.

Also desperately trying to bring in new coaches but the board wont let me and even after letting a few coaches go they still wont let me.

Really looking forward to FM tonight, Weegie update's coming out which IMO is the best FM database update available, Includes all real competition names, transfers etc.

I can't bring myself to play FM at the moment for some reason.

Alot of hours needed for it and i just don't have them to spare!

Been playing these manager games for 14 years now though maybe i'm just sick of it lol.

Slavia Prague took the lead but I got it to 3-1 then near the end they made it 3-2. Liverpool won 2-0 though so I finished second

I got Man Utd in the Last 16 and rangers got Schalke.. typical


Anyway, Juventus offered 15m for my best LM D'Alessandro... he's turning 30 in a few months so obviously I accepted

I already have Wijnaldum who can play there but he isn't looking to good yet, don't know if I should just keep the money and throw him in or I should buy Marimoto for 12m (who would also bring in a lot of revenue). Any other suggestions? I'm in January of my 3rd season

See how when you get the choice of what feeder team to go with and you pick the revenue option (China, Japan etc) how do you find out how much money you make per annum from that particular affiliation, or is it annonamous?
