What age is man at his peak?

There is a lot of different views on this, but what is yours?

 

30 is when your last physical attribute (bone density) peaks. Nothing declines before this age either, so I'd say 30.

 

27-32 are supposedly the best five years of a man's life in terms of being at their peak..

 

peak in what way?

energy? looks? fitness?

probablly 25-30 I think for most things.

 

physical peak 35 mental peak 60...its all downhill from there im afraid to say lol

That's a * good question and one I've been thinking a lot about recently. It depends on the individual: my body gave out on me a week before I turned 26. It was like a * jolt down to 85% capacity. I started hitting the gym daily to sort it out, but it's never come back. Personally, I'd say 23-24; You're as strong as your going to get (without hitting the weights), but your body is still fairly young and capable of riding most things thrown at you.

 

23 to 32 i reckon for alot of guys

Others depends on life style and how much stress they allow to intake.if they take things in stride open up a little more emotionally yes i used the E word * forbid men would last forever like us women :bbpd:

I personally think although i am a little bit overweight that i have never looked better, the amount of offers & little looks i get at the moment are brilliant.
Unfortunatly i am & will always be with Helen so i wont do anything about it but its good to know that i aint the worst

I'd say 30 is when you mentally and physically decline but this can be varied by a few factors.
