    30 is when your last physical attribute (bone density) peaks. Nothing declines before this age either, so I'd say 30.

    27-32 are supposedly the best five years of a man's life in terms of being at their peak..

    probablly 25-30 I think for most things.

    That's a * good question and one I've been thinking a lot about recently. It depends on the individual: my body gave out on me a week before I turned 26. It was like a * jolt down to 85% capacity. I started hitting the gym daily to sort it out, but it's never come back. Personally, I'd say 23-24; You're as strong as your going to get (without hitting the weights), but your body is still fairly young and capable of riding most things thrown at you.

    23 to 32 i reckon for alot of guys

    Others depends on life style and how much stress they allow to intake.if they take things in stride open up a little more emotionally yes i used the E word * forbid men would last forever like us women :bbpd:

    I personally :86: think although i am a little bit overweight that i have never looked better, the amount of offers & little looks i get at the moment are brilliant.
    Unfortunatly i am & will always be with Helen so i wont do anything about it but its good to know that i aint the worst :50:

    I'd say 30 is when you mentally and physically decline but this can be varied by a few factors.
