what sports do you play?

just wondering who plays sport competivly? what level do you play at? and how hard you train?
ill start i play gaelic football just got promoted to div1 and we're in the semi final of the championship. i play mostly in the full back line
also play football in kildare's top league although there isnt really a high standard. usually play center half, center midfield or left back.
i take the gaelic more seriously train 2 nights a week and also go gym at least 1 night a week,
we're currently of the beer until our semi final which wont be played until satarday week.

football and snooker, football hasn't really started yet but. Our snooker team is the worst in the league but we're only young i suppose

 

Play football but not for a team anymore because of my knee, just 5/7 asides every week. Play golf as well, I play off 9

 

Play Gaelic, Are Intermediate now after being relegated last season but the year before were County Champions, I played at age of 20, second youngest on the team, my best mate who was 19 was youngest. The drink we done for winning that and a free holiday aswell.
Play Football in top League in Dundalk, we came second last 3 years, the team who won it have not lost a game in 4 years, There very strong, all young lads between 18 and 25, all from the same 2 estates.
Play Golf off 16, getting down slowley but surely.

 

Just snooker and fishing these days, I'm a lazy old fat *. Used to be an accomplished squash player and I played in the John Smiths Pool leagues.

snooker is not a sport.

fishing is cos killing something makes it so.

 

Play a bit of snooker and pretty good at the old golf. Play off a handicap of 4.
Used to play a bit of gaelic football, hurling and football but was never much use. Not * like but nothin special.
Apart from that, i'd play any sport but only for the craic. Things like tennis, badminton etc.

 

How about Chess? I won medals for that. :icon_mrgreen:

Is sitting in the Sauna a sport? It should be if Swimming is You wear the exact same gear!

 

Football & snooker, not played football in ages though cant even produce 10 people for fives anymore

I was fishing in Springburn park last week for Pike. Not a sausage, but then we did forget to take the right hooks.

Football obv, bit of snooker sometimes, and a keen swimmer i used to go swimming all the time.

 

Five a side footy, some golf and a lot of shinty at weekends when i got to my mates up north. Shinty's my fav sport tae play but footy is my fav to watch/support.

i play in scottish snooker under 14's and i am 2nd best in scotland for my age
