Another unhappy player and story of utter incompetence from our board.. Everyday another story breaks of how our board are utter * that haven't a clue how to run a modern football club...

SACK THE BOARD...

 

he's now been public saying he wanted away before end of last season and we couldn't get a replacement in over however many months that was.

That's not a good look for other players who are thinking of joining as we are a stepping stone now but if we are slow to let players take that step then agents will 100% take notice of that. What could arguably be our biggest selling point could work against us.

We are heading back to the Ronny days this season. Just wait till its minus whatever at home to some * mob and only 30k turn up. Depressing we are where we are.

Change needs to happen ASAP.

 

So we've held back tillio and Welsh because we couldn't get our * organised.

We've then actually blocked Yang and Maeda, two players playing major parts in the season so far, from leaving. Because we couldn't get our * sorted

3 wide/attacking players wanting out the door and known since long before the window opened, yet the first attacking option we signed (as an attacking option, not including a CM in Nygren) was MAB after the UCL qualifiers and then a second on deadline day and a third has been after the window closed.

Who the * is actually in charge at the club? How can you actively know this information but aren't doing * about it til the last week and days of the window that's open for about 3 * months?

The board treat the fans like *, they'll do the same to the players.

It's an easy spot.

 

This has COVID season written all over it..players wanting away team unsettled and can't buy players of the required quality. To be fair to daizen I don't think he's the type to down tools but players have a limited period...we need to make sure they're gone before it affects the team..that's why pre planning and having a proper structure in place is so important..Alex Ferguson didn't * about he got rid of guys in an instant and has a replacement in right away. That's why his man utd we're so successful.

 

We are utterly inept when it comes to dealing with transfers.

A club like ours should have a conveyer belt of talent ready to slot in for each and every player in the squad. When someone leaves our next target comes in.

We desperately need a director of football to wrestle control from the incompetent executives on the board, and we need a continuity strategy. Doesn’t matter if we’re talking managers, players or backroom staff. There should be a plan for every individual’s replacement.

 

This is the problem though what will we get for him in January? His CL performances for last year will be a distant memory by then, if he’s sitting on single digit goals you are probably talking £7-8m if we are lucky.

Honestly, couldn’t make this club up, we run a player trading model without having a clue when to sell players at peak value and are one of the worst out there at getting incoming deals done.

 

No chance.

 

Performance tailed off very badly, its that 10% that makes all the difference.

Same with Kyogo....

Doesnt want to be here and not performing like he does then we have to take him out the starting line up.

Only going to get worse now he has gone public.

 

For the umpteenth team, he should have been sold in the summer when his value was at its highest.

So we now have Kenny and Yamada as strikers. Guff.

Forrest and Yang as right wingers. Guff.

Balikwisha, Tounekti and Maeda who is desperate for a move on the left.

 

You know he must be raging about it or this would never have been mentioned. I could also see our Board being fuming he has even mentioned this and taking the huff with him.

 

Im not against keeping players a year extra or so as they are under contract. I actually find that refreshing but that only works together with continued ambition and investment otherwise the player kept will be raging.

We will hopefully see the best of him again this season as he will have to perform to get a good move in jan/summer.

 

What a shambles.

Which club do we think it was out of curiosity?

 

Unfortunately I think the rot has set in deep into the squad. Complete rebuild required but we were sleeping all Summer and are left with a toxic dressing room. Running around on deadline day trying to cellotape the squad together having done nothing all Summer. Almost nothing is functioning properly at the club. Disgraceful.

Be surprised if Maeda is the only one in there who is unsettled. Could pick any of 6/7 guys who Id say are unhappy and looking for the exit.

 

Worst penalty ever seen against Kairat cause he’s technically poor

This is like Covid season II. Unhappy players, * signings. Maeda not all there in the head. Playing like a headless chicken but without the purple patch quality he showed last year.

We’ve got guff striking options. We have no RWs. We have a guy in Balikwisha that we all know is nowhere near good enough.

Listen that sort of cash is never going to be on the table again. So

Brentford 100% he was down there on monday to complete the deal

 

How do we know he's not good enough? No even played. Ex team was very sad to see him leave. *.

 

As a minimum there has been murmurings that the following had an eye on getting out or interest in them -

- Trusty
- Maeda
- Hatate
- Bernardo
- Engels
- AJ
- Yang

All who are still there and most of them key players.
