If they respond at all it will be to remind us that we broke our transfer record TWICE, have delivered unprecedented success and are committed to the financially responsible running of the club. While acknowleding there have been challenges in the transfer market despite being fully committed to improving the squad.

This is good. It's a start and a pulling together of various outlets. I've never listened to any YT podcasts etc to do with Celtic, but I have the last couple of days and they are all articulating exactly what I feel - what all of us feel.

All of us can see the club is being run as badly as it possibly can be just now. We will definitely be blacklisted by agents and other teams by now. They need to go

    That's a positive step..

I've said in another thread, there's tens of thousands of supporters in that letter.

There's no way they cannot make some sort of reply to that.

They also been careful with words so the board cannot take any sort of moral high ground to ignore it.

Great letter. But it'll probably be brushed aside or shelved.

Good. This is good start. Unity. The reply when it comes will be a reminder of what's been achieved. But that won't wash this time.

    Well played to all involved.

    * the board!!!!

Hope your right but I think that Desmond and his board cronies will do just that and ignore that. But this is a positive step and development. The pressure needs to start and be firmly targeted at Demond and his board cronies but I do genuinely think for us to actually get the change we need that will have to come at the corporate level.

Interesting release there. Don't think the club will be able to ignore it tbh, they'll need to properly explain themselves i think. Fair play.

Sadly your most likely right but its a positive development. We need as much pressure to begin and to be targeted at Desmond and his board cronies. Its a start although as I said in other replies I think this kind of pressure will be more in the nature of helping gather momentum and support for the corporate approach where IMHO the actual change that we need can be made.

I would like to think your right. But Desmond and his board cronies I think will ignore this at least for now. At best we will see some bland response about how brilliantly they run the club and how successful we are.

Can we get a comprehensive list of podcasts and fanzines not supporting this?

Huddle Breakdown and obviously CQN the two first ones I can think of.

Don't know mate, most of the time there is some sort of fall back for lacklustre transfer windows. For example, not exactly progressing but still having a good, capable squad.

This is totally different. We've been absolutely embarrassed this time and are woefully under strength. Think the level of anger now is difficult to ignore. Time will tell.

No question everything you said there is 100% accurate. I just think Desmond and his board cronies are so out of touch and think they are untouchable and flat out just that arrogant that they will ignore this at least for now and at best will send out some bland response about how successful we are and we are so well run.

The letter covers pretty much everyone's core concerns but they are brazen and hold the fans with contempt so I don't expect they will address it and our the football media in Scotland have little concern in following up on those issues there.

Our financial statements will be released in the next fortnight I'd imagine. Our cash reserves figure is going to be very interesting coupled with the bullshit excuses in the chairman's report that don't stand up to commercial fundamentals or the smallest scrutiny.

This is actually a positive move and a good reminder that fans are not just fans but also investors in the club. Even if you don’t actively have shares in the club, just simply buying a shirt or going to a game is an investment into the club.

Football at the end of the day is still a product and if the product is lacking then it’s not unfair to ask questions about it. Not to mention that the entire club employs people who rely on their wage to get by and the multiple good causes Celtic donate to. If the club suffers financially all these get affected too.
