Thats not reason. The reason is that these clubs sell their young players for millions to other Premier league clubs in dodgy deals. If one came here and had a good season in Europe they would look for £15m+.

 

Remember when we turned our nose up at Adam Idah, 30 goals in 70 games gone from the squad.

Not gonna lie, there are times over the years where I completely fall away from Celtic and football altogether. Happened in 2019 and I didn't get back into it until Ange's first season, and it was just a complete fluke of a YouTube video being suggested, some fan channel "who is Ange Postecoglou?" thing. Drew me in and before i knew it I was watching every game again... Up until some random international break earlier this year in the second half of last season. I just couldn't be * again. Haven't watched a single game of football since then. Been keeping half an eye on Celtic's transfer business and * what is happening.

 

There is not a top flight club in relative terms in Europe who has had a worse window than us

Ita genuinely embarrassing. Feel for the players. Also completely trashes our reputation in the market if we are sending players to clubs to agree terms only to pull them back.

I hate it when players force a teansfer but in this instance I would have no issue with it.

...not sure we would notice if Idah downed tools to be fair...

 

Heads need to roll regardless of who we end up signing tonight. The club is dysfunctional. We're a laughing stock in the transfer market.
