He’s had very little time with his new teammates and Rodger’s would have been trying to get his tactics over to him which probably included to cut inside to allow the full backs space to run into , issue being KT rarely got forward to supposed him.

Also this Henrik reference to his first game is always a ridiculous point, sure he made a poor pass to Chic Charnley who then capitalized by scoring a screamer from outside the box but 9 times out of 10 that shot goes wide or over, I'd bet though if footage is available of that game that Henrik showed plenty of promising signs of quality, not to mention the fact Henrik was played out of position on the wing at the start of his career here too

That's got nothing to do with the system or overall team performance around the rest of the park, he made a conscious decision time and again when one on one with their RB not to take him on, so why was that in your opinion?

 

Very aware we've not signed Yamal but as I already said a top player takes on their RB today at least once!
