    Price tag was a ball and chain around his neck. Scored some big big goals last season. Never found his form again and unfortunately with the CL drama he has become collateral.

    Probably a lot of truth in this, even if it is giving him all of the benefits of the doubts... But, this could be a good move for all involved... And English clubs will probably happily pay most of what we did to sign him, as his record is actually decent and he'd probably do well in that league

    Not really... Since we signed him he's been getting 1st team games, is now a regular international, has played/scored in Europe and has a regular scoring record in a recognised "top-level" league... It's only for us that the glass is "half-empty"
