I was thinking back to the MON days when Celtic were physically strong. Long balls and set pieces but boy was it effective. It may not be the most "pretty" football compared to what recent managers go for but I remember as a kid being excited watching Alan Thompson prepare to take corner kicks. Mainly because it often lead to a goal from Henrik, Big John, Sutty and the huge defenders.

Imagine Kyogo as the lone striker up against Johan, Joos and Bobo?

100%. I knew we were * when I saw him coming on. He was limping on Saturday ffs while Yamada was a buzzbomb and Kenny scored off the bench.

    Aye mate.

What’s your justification for keeping him? He clearly can’t be arsed, his tactics are a mess, his substitutions are a mess & his stubbornness is harming us no end. The board are the poison here but a change is required from top to bottom. And it’s plain for all to see after that.

Any manager that puts their ego before the club isn’t welcome!

I'm now officially off the Brendan Rodgers train.

If we were smart, we'd be sounding out that Nicky Hayen, manager of Club Brugge.

8 games in 21 we've failed to win since Munich, including two Glasgow derbies and a cup final.

That's the kind of run that gets most Celtic managers the sack.

Keeping Forest and Yang on the pitch for 70 minutes is a stackable offence in itself. Said it at half time he'd do it... he's so * predictable.

    Kairat ranked 311 in europe.

Coaches doesn't have any proper badges and was a youth coach until 18 months ago.

Schooled off clement and Barry ferguson.

Board are more culpable imo though

Its also about him. He and the board are fighting eachother which harms the team. He play players out of position to "prove a point"

He refuse to play "club signings"

    He play Hatate and Idah

He's not going to, no. But how optimistic are you that this season's going to turn? So much negativity right now and unfortunately the manager's culpable in all that. * signings, poor squad decisions, stale tactics. Aye, the board have * us, but Rodgers is very much to blame too.

He mentions the pitch being awful (it was) in his interview there but we rigidly stuck to slow, short passes led to the ball being given away constantly. Why not tell the players - the pitch is rubbish here guys - play more direct. Push up on them and make them make the errors.

I defended him a lot last year, but people putting all the blame on the board need to take a closer look.

Aye, they are absolutely charlatans and deserve everything they get, but we have more than enough quality to be putting out Kairat Almaty.

Starting with Yang and Forrest is a baffling decision. I would have been fine with one starting, but both was insanity. Starting Forrest again after an abysmal 90 minutes last week is poor management.

Said in an earlier post about the Idah sub, just so, so poor.

He obviously won't be sacked but he is far from blameless in this.

The blame for the transfer side of things largely goes to the board.

Tactics wise aye he has to take blame. But the squad being in this position isn't down to him.

Should’ve never started Forrest. Can’t understand why he didn’t go with Nygren out there after his performance there on Saturday; let Engels or Chocco start in the middle instead. Also bringing Idah on was criminal.
