I was pretty certain we would have him for season but after last night I wouldnt be totally surprised to see an exit this window.

As said, he doesn’t even put a graft in. That’s just not acceptable. The chat of him needing competition is * too, any player worth their salt should be able to motivate themselves for their own pride, their team, their salary. He’s done, he doesn’t have the mentality and has had plenty of chances. What a mess we are in.

I like him more than most, but I’m afraid he’s past a point of no return when it comes to the way he’s viewed. He’s a confidence player, and being one with the fee shelled out for him never going to be lived up to for us, he’s frustrating at his best when he’s been flying that is still part of his game that.

And he’ll know and hear the opinion of him. And that won’t help him be confident that. He has deserved criticism I agree but he’ll feel hopeless because some has been * nonsense, and ignoring stuff he has done for us. And that’ll be a hopeless situation, and the confidence I can’t see coming.

He’s spiralling. And that gets more criticism and that makes it happen all the more.

He’ll start against Livi, and if he doesn’t score I think he’s done and that’s a shame for me. He’s better than the common rhetoric he gets but he’s not £9.5m good at his best, and that’s what the level is as judgement.

 

The interview at the timestamp below reports that Idah was spotted boaking after being put through his paces by the coaching staff at half time. Suggests he's likely out of shape and that there may be a professionalism issue with Idah. Duno how much there is to it but there you go.

 

Or else he’s been asked to push through sickness for us and was willing, to his detriment.

Brendan, just on Adam's injury, I mean, how sad is that for him? He's already gone through a tough time, I guess.

Aye defo is Brendan trying to protect him, think even he knows Idah wont last much longer if he continues the way he does.
