Idah is genuinely world class at just existing up front without ever really doing anything … he’s a 6ft 3 striker who isn’t particularly good in the air, canny hold the ball up or link play, and doesn’t run in behind.


I would take Dion Dublin coming off the set of Cash in the Attic over Idah with a full pre season under his belt.

A lot of Tims wouldn't take him, myself included. His style of play doesn't match our own and if we can't find more a more suitable option than a 38yr old looking to wind-down his career then we might as well pack-up and go home. He's been a cracking player but he's not what we should be bringing into the club.

Getting Vardy likely depends on CL, that would be the main pull for him coming here I think. Can we get him as a trialist for the away leg?

 

That applies to a lot of players because what we currently have is nowhere near good enough. We're in a mess, squad-wise, atm but making more poor choices isn't gonna help.
