If Rodgers says he may be one we look to loan out, when arrived.. then this should happen.

Think we'll sign a more experienced backup, maybe a loan deal and let him go out to another Scottish Premiership club.

 

What was that we saw in pre-season then? A * mirage? Looked fit and capable during that haha

He was match fit playing in the j league right before signing for us and played in most of our pre season games..

Rodgers spoke about him being behind fitness wise due to lack of games.

There's also certain rules for who can play in B team games, even in the cups, in terms of age etc

Inamura would be too old

 

Loan, no buy clause and won't do the basics to get fit if it is him. Not sure why we'd not just send him back unless it's to not * off Man City.

It might not be him, I'm just responding to another persons comment. Squad management is looking a shambles though. Luckily we aren't adding to the chaos and keeping squad compact.

The B team isn’t currently fit for purpose and plays at a level below which we should be developing our best prospects.

I think Rodgers has handled this very poorly. He was impressive and pre-season and it seems to have meant nothing. Playing Scales at Left back for the sake of it is pointless.

That said, a decent loan move (preferably in SPFL) could see him come back here next season and contribute.

 

Isn't the B team restricted by age? Surely 23 is too old?
