Luke McCowan

He’s a bit of a unit now.

 

Deserves far more game time, hopefully gets utilised more often this season compared to last. His goals and assists record speaks for itself, the exact type of midfielder we need for against deep sitting teams we struggle to break down.

 

He comes into the bracket of players like Mulgrew, Taylor, Stokes, Griffiths, McDonald a reliable good player a level above the teams in the League with a bit of quality.

 

Paul McStay was married in St Andrew’s Church in Greenock - Luke’s family stayed across from there at the time yesterday McStay unfurled the flag and McCowan scored the winner

 

He’s just one of them players that gives you a bit of hope when he comes on. If something’s going to happen, you fancy him to be involved. He’s got that bit of something about him.

 

McCowan is a good Celtic man, that is what you need when the chips are down.

I would start him next Sunday versus dons.
He deserve run in team. Will get stuck in and carry a goal treat

 

Looks stronger this season.. as if he has been really working on it during the close season

 

Hes a bit more dynamic but he reminds me a bit of Joe Ledley.

Was mostly a sub option, but christ was he solid as such an option and really helped change games when hes on

 

Fair play to the wee * . Definitely a useful player for the league . Should probably start a few more games this season, give hatate a rest
