Surely 1 of the new boys gets a start. KT will but I’d like to see Shin play instead of Idah.

Finally the real stuff starts. Hoping for a good fast start to the game and season, at least 3 goals and a clean sheet. Also hope any unrest in the stands is done in a way as to not impact the players on the park. We're our own worst enemy that way at times.

Prediction: Yang starts his breakthrough season with a goal and assist and it gets ignored by 75% of posters.

A win amd no injuries to Maeda or Forrest.

If these injuries happen. We're in for a long season.

 

Idah makes a brilliant impact sub. Shows going by how many he scores but only when brought in later. It would make sense to save him for that.

 

I'd be surprised if Yamada starts over Idah.

Not a fan of Forrest and Yang starting together to be honest, doesn't seem to work very well. At least Daizen always gives 100% and puts in a big shift defensively as well. Especially if Tierney is behind him makes that left side really strong. For me, left side is his position and where he should be playing. As much as Idah has been poor I'd rather have Idah/Yamada play centrally than have Forrest/Yang/Tilio start on the left.

 

Jings. Are we managing his legs already lol

 

He might play the second half getting on around 60 minutes
