It is far wrong. Why is it that people don't sing though ? That's what I want to know.

The simple reason is repetitiveness and complacency.

People sit in the same seats watching celtic beat the same teams twice a season at home every year. People complain about other teams 'not putting up a challenge' and the odd time that a team other than the huns do, the fans just lay into the team saying , 'we should be pumping this *!' instead of getting behind the team and spurring them on.

People get a bit more excited when a CL game comes around as its new and challenging and get excited for huns games because, well just because!!

Thems the reasons mate, a liitle sad, but true.

Lets hope for a great atmosphere tomorrow. If the fans aren't willing to sing tomorrow then I give up.

LOL I assumed from the little icon at the end that you were joking. But yes things don't always come over well on a computer screen.

But as poeple have been pointing out these guys aren't interested in joining in with Celtic songs. They are their to get * and celebrate the IRA. Hasn't anyone told them that the war is over?

You say UEFA have far more important issues to deal with yet they fined the huns for singing their bile after the game had long finished. And used evidence aquired from Youtube to convict. We have already been probed in to similar incidents in Barcelona posted on the same website. I believe it was us who complained to the media and politicians about songs the huns sing. We can't then go on the defensive regarding our songs and claim that there's no definitive list.

Well mate , were you at the Well game at the weekend. I doubt it. 'Cause I was there and heard plenty of " Celtic " songs being sung not just the " IRA " songs.

How you know these guys aren't interested in joining in with Celtic songs? I guess it's the same bunch that sing Celtic songs and some rebel songs from time to time.

some of you treat those singing supporters like scum and terrorist, but the real disgrace are those who go to a celtic game and don't open their mouth and never sing!

and to those that still don't understand it: it's not about the ira, it's about having a good your buddies and football and support the team (wind up, provocation)

Exactly. They , imo , would be better off staying away from CP. :50:

Good atmosphere last night :50: But last night was the night I finally lost it. One guy that sits in front of me constantly moans and i've put up with it for a long while and not said anything but last night I finally did. He didn't even sing YNWA , in fact he didn't sing ANYTHING. He's an absolute disgrace. He started slating the team in the first half and I told him to shut it. He gave me an extremely evil look. Then as he was leaving the game he starts saying it was * , sack the manager etc. I just basically told him HIS " support " was *. His only comeback was that he said he was older than me. What a * *. Then I found out he works at Ibrox. He and his pals should just give up their seats as far as i'm concerned. :47:
To all the other real supporters who actually contributed to the atmosphere last night - Well done

here's a question for you! whats the difference between the ira and william wallace? imo bombs, guns and swords. they both fought for the same cause but different countries, yet one is classed by all scots as a freedom fighter and the others by some scots as terrorists.

No I wasn't. I refuse to go to any game that is now televised as I see it as a cancer on our game.

I'm sure there were plenty of Celtic songs sung but I believe wholeheartedly that some of our support who travel to the away games do so for a rebuplican sing song. If a few Celtic songs happen to get in the way then so be it.

Same here mate. The atmosphere was miles better than usual but considering it was in the champions league , it was pretty poor. :38:
