Lets hope your right there and not only does Reo make the cup final but puts in a man of the match display and destroys them. That would be the best possible pay back.

Hatate is the only player who's featured in every game for us this season, so probably Rodgers just trying to give him that..

Gutted tho, it looks a bad one to me

Aye he's out for the rest of the season imo. Hit in the leg, can see the knee bend out and he's off with a sore knee. Thats a meniscus tear imo. Will be back for pre season but no games imo.

Could tell by his reaction it was a bad one tbh, looked properly gutted. Was an utterly pointless risk to take which has backfired spectacularly. Could’ve easily had bonnar and or Turley on the bench meaning we wouldn’t have had to chuck Hatate on.

Was no need to bring him on when we were winning easily knowing fine well Aberdeen would be out to put a few late ones on our players.

Could have had McCardle on for 30 mins instead of 10.

Easy in hindsight to say we didn’t need to bring him on. We didn’t need to start McGregor either, but we did with no issues. Rodgers was absolutely correct in protecting players with his starting eleven selection. Bringing on players to keep them sharp I have no issue with at all. It was just unfortunate.

The second Sunday in May is known as Mother's Day. I myself, in consultation with my sister, give presents to my mother on Mother's Day and her birthday every year.

Recently, I heard that my mother has been going to the gym and exercising, so I sent her things that would help her recover. When I travel to Paris or London, I buy souvenirs for my mother and send them to her, or I have friends give them to her.

Even outside of anniversaries, I give my mother souvenirs and presents, not only to show my gratitude for her, but also to show my appreciation for all she's done for me.

In my previous column (No. 16), I wrote about my father, but I would like to take this opportunity to talk about my mother as well.

My mother is the one I keep in contact with more than anyone else in my family. Even after I started playing for Celtic, she watches every game in real time, despite the time difference between Japan and me, and always sends me a message after the game.

The messages are simple things like "I'm glad you won" or "Nice goal," but they arrive almost every time after a game, and it makes me think, "She's always watching me," or "She was cheering for me today, too." At the same time, I realize that no matter how old I get, I'm still a child to my mother, and I'm still grateful for her support.

By the way, my mother has now become a big fan of soccer, and since I started playing for Celtic, she has become interested in so-called overseas soccer. I heard that she watches other popular matches such as the UEFA Champions League (CL) besides Celtic games, so I think she will probably get up early in the morning to watch this season's CL final, Paris Saint-Germain vs. Inter, on TV (laughs

When I think back, it was my mother who used to take me to and from school when I started playing soccer at the influence of a friend. I'm sure that, like many of my teammates, it was my mother who watched my play more than anyone else and felt my growth.

I remember how she took care of me and my sister by herself since we were elementary school students when our father was transferred and had to live away from home.

My mother never got angry if I didn't study, but she was strict about rules and family regulations.

I remember, for example, when I was in elementary school. Our family had a curfew of 5pm, but if I came home late from playing with friends, I wasn't allowed in the house. And my mother would always wait until I felt remorseful to let me in

Also, when I was in junior high school, I had a bento lunch, but I was told to wash the lunch box on the same day, and if I forgot to do so, there was no lunch box prepared the next morning. I remember that even then, I was told to wash it in the morning, and then the food I had prepared was packed in the lunch box.

My father was a strict person, but my mother was also someone who didn't tolerate compromise. I think that's why I am who I am today

When I was in junior high school, I suffered from sports anemia. I would get out of breath quickly even when I ran, and there was a period when I couldn't run even if I wanted to. Therefore, I had a blood test once a month to check my blood levels.

My mother studied food diligently, and prepared meals for me, thinking about what I should eat and what foods I should take. I don't think my parents thought it was a bother, but even as a child I thought, "I'm grateful," and "I'm bothering you." Even in these situations, I felt the strength of my mother, who never compromised.

At the same time, I remember how, even though she was busy, she made sure that I never ate alone when I was at home. No matter how late I got home from soccer practice, she would always wait for me and we would eat together. Even as a child, I was happy to have those meals at the table, and even now I prefer to eat with others than alone, which I think is because my mother treated me with warmth and kindness

So even when he was worried or struggling with soccer, he never complained to his parents. This was especially true when he left his parents' home at age 15 and began living in a dormitory at Shizuoka Gakuen High School.

I mentioned this in my previous column (No. 10), but when I was a third-year high school student, I was stripped of my number 10 jersey for a while. As a second-year student, I played well in the All Japan High School Soccer Championship and was selected for the high school team. I got carried away wearing the number 10 jersey for "Shizugaku" and got carried away, ignoring the coach's warning to me, which led to the ace number being taken away.

I wasn't allowed to play in the practice match that was being held at that time, so I was the assistant referee, but my mother came to watch the match. However, I don't remember her saying anything to me or asking me about the fact that I wasn't playing in the match.

Deal with and improve on things you can solve and overcome on your own. My father was strict in that way, but I feel like I learned that strength and resilience from my mother, who never listens to anything.

I also think that I resemble my mother in the way I speak and think clearly about things. I also thought that my competitive nature was probably influenced by my father, who played baseball, but the more I think about it, the more I think that my mother, who never allowed compromise, was the one who was competitive, and that I myself was greatly influenced by her. People who know our family well say that my sister resembles my father in terms of personality, and I resemble my mother, so I think that must be the case

My wife told me that on November 5th last year, my mother came to Celtic Park to watch the 4th round of the Champions League match against Leipzig and cried when she saw me entering the pitch with the Champions League anthem playing. I scored my first Champions League goal in that match, and when my wife saw my mother, she cried again.

"I wonder if I was able to show my parents some gratitude."

I was happy to score a goal in a game that my mother came to watch. At the same time, I wanted to show her more success and make her happy

She definitely inherited her mother's ability to pursue one thing to the fullest. Just like her mother, she wants to continue to pursue her game to the fullest and grow

Seems to be it. They went out with intent last night to do damage.
But as was proven we have a better squad and our youth will pump them

There is no question he was already on a yellow and that tackle was arguably a straight red itself.
