Didn’t see the full game today so can’t comment on that, but just look at how quickly as a support we turn on players. He’s been excellent for much of this season and most of the replies in here are essentially inviting him to * off.

It's nothing to do with form, it's purely about attitude and effort. He's lacking in both big time which is unacceptable imo.

He's been off it far more than he's been on. It'll be 18 months by the start of next season and I've seen enough to know I don't want him here for it.

He needs a spell out of the team I think. The problem is that the club will be hoping to sell him on. So leaving him out drives down his potential fee. Its a problem at this club that once a player feels theres a market for him elsewhere, the club doesnt have a great deal of leverage. We cant afford players we want to sell on downing tools and getting the hump. We can drop him, but if he wants a move hes not likely to care about not playing and sitting on the bench.
