Tbh, it shouldve been expected.

This board have a history of knee * reactions against the GB, in an attempt to stave off any criticsm from outside observers.

Outside observers dont but tickets. And they certainly dont contribute anything to the match day experience, nor the preservstion of the clubs cultural history.

Desmond and Lawwell would do well to * remember that.

 

Why are they vandalising trains? I don't get it

 

Love them getting involved in the serious * re Palestine, hopefully lots more of that and maybe leave the spray painting to the weans cos time is money and they could maybe put their time to better use but what do I know. So proud of them for keeping that Palestine flag flying. Easy to forget how much that means to our marginalised brothers and sisters

This is the board just flexing a bit of muscle, we’ve had a lot of fines and threats about fans this season, there’s a lot of international interest just now in particular due to the Israel protest etc.

And the boards picked their moment to gain some control and a reminder that they have to work within the confines of what we can actually get away with, and that lines been crossed a lot this season. Not just tifo’s, the pyros are a big issue. I like it but it can actively hurt us that. We shouldn’t choose that as a hill to die on that.

There’s also the niggling thought of, Celtic probably know what the tifo was going to be, and we don’t. It could be us going ooft too far, not happening.

There’s a constant power struggle with the GB, * our fans in general and the board.

I like that, keeps both the club and the wilder elements in our support in check. I’ve always thought that dynamic is cemented in the support after the 90’s and the role we played as fans of saving the club and protesting the inept board members who drove us into mediocrity, trying to move us from Parkhead to Cambuslang fs.

I just wish they would pick the battles with more care than they do, they do it with anything when they can’t do what they want. No compromise. I like the GB, but even though I do, also think they can be self important wee dicks. Most of them are young though I think, it comes with the territory

 

It's hardly a knee * reaction mate. They've been warned loads about pyro, tifos etc. Also, it's causing fines and allocations being reduced.

See if its the case that they've basically stuck the fingers up to the board and displayed the banners against any protocol that's been put in place, then we cannae blame the board.

The GB could set fire to the entire stadium n stab yer granny n some would still blame the board.

Not sure what’s happened today the kids must have been raging but maybe they were lucky to miss it!

If the police and club have premeditated them not getting in then the fanbase need to throw their weight behind the GB. It’s not about them, be careful what you allow to happen to fellow supporters because it will happen to you next. An injury to one is an injury to all.
