'Honest' mistakes 24/25

We need a better version of VAR and professional officials trained to a better standard, recruited from a more diverse background.

 

They'll hide behind the usual anonymity nonsense (and to be fair they should because they really shouldn't be hounded for doing a legit job), but you'd love for the * to come out and point out like a school project what part they see/felt was the conclusive evidence.

At it so they are.

We would be better hiring folk who have zero interest in football and just let them learn the rules of the game from the book and then ask them to enforce them.

At least they'd follow the rules.

When Kris Boyd is listing a host of incidents that the * has * over and happens to realise they are all against Celtic as well - and Boyd was against Muir - that should * tell you something.

Guy shouldn't be anywhere near our games, or any game of football again.

35 now and I've seen some ridiculous calls from the *


30 years worth of the same old *

 

From Jim ferry(not a ref I know) was it and the cadete contract, to the father of sectarianism himself, Hugh Dallas, to his * of a child Andrew, through to Dougie Dougie and now on to Muir.

Sprinkled always with the likes of Beaton and Madden.

The worst of the worst that lot with blatant biased coating their incompetence.

The rest are just utterly * at their job.

100% you bring in Refs outside of Scotland......This works fine with nowhere near the amount of so called mistakes made each week.

What about the Audio? I want to know exactly how these refs came to that decision......Again to overrule someone that's on the line what was said and what image was seen?

* sick to death of this....I hope our club come out with an official statement regarding this.

Rewind or fast forward this decision against us that sees us loose the league and absolute millions because Refs think they saw something.

I know all this goes as far back to the Johnny Doyle years and further to Dougiegate to this ongoing * we have had to endure......This has to be highlighted by our club now.....We pay for this FFS....We pay to be lied and cheated towards

There's no amount of training that will prevent a hun loving referee from doing everything they can to help the huns by * us over

 

Mind when they went on strike, think it was Polish refs we got, and they were shocking.

Which is an overlooked thing whenever the call for foriegn refs happens, any referees we can tempt to Scotland, we won’t get refs who are at a higher level. Scotland isn’t an attractive league, and we have * all money. Any refs that we could tempt here will be ones to * to be high level in their own country.

 

I'd love to know who the hun * out the 5 was who said the goal was rightly chopped off. Surely Muir has to go..

It was called a factual decision when it most definitely wasn't..

True. We never seem to get favourable refs in Europe. A bit too naive, which even Brendan mentioned after Munich..

 

Brendan did mention it but honestly this season I feel like in that regard with refs, winning fouls, being ‘cute’ and playing the officials in Europe we’ve had a tremendous amount of growth in this season.

Then Maeda kicks a guy but baby steps and that eh

 

It was the one where he was fouled for the equaliser last minute over there mate..

Guys like Engels have came in and shown a cuteness that we still lack for me. Slowing the game down and buying free kicks under pressure..

Bernardo has that in the locker as well now and then..

We need a bit more though. Don't think our defence is cute and streetwise enough at that level but admittedly we are much more solid at the back (in Europe), so what do i know..

Definitely improvement as well whole. Big improvement in many aspects at that level for me..

I think we did too. Apparently they checked it and believe there was enough contact on the ball.

 

100%... I thought the one we should of got against BM was a stonewaller and this was even more of one for me...

 

For me they should all be penalties..

The thing is there's been so many now where they look for any kinda slight touch on the ball. If there is then 9 times outta 10 it isn't given. I don't agree with it but it's undeniably what we're seeing thr overwhelming majority of the time..

 

Didn't even think he touched the ball. Still would have won 5-3 anyway

 

Got away with one majorly for me, was high, got him fully with his studs and barely got any of the ball. Deserved a stroke of luck after last weekend though.

Hearts ,us ,Dundee.utd, St mirren decisions are absolutely horrendous.
