Signed @cas79, hope it gets sorted!

Played some golf today Bhoys, even in 40mph gusts. 11 over this time with 3 birdies including a chip in.
Won the match play 8&7 :BR1:

Somehow shot the exact same score today. Lost the doubles match on the last hole but the old boy sank a 25ft birdie putt so fair dos.

Played this morning for the first time in a while as I’ve had lots on recently. Didn’t play my home course which is links, and played parkland instead. * me. I could have power washed my trolley after it. Some good and some bad. To be expected after the time off.

I was due to play Drumoig over your way @murphy88 yesterday but we cancelled due to the winds and rain. Got our credots back through golf now so will reschedule.

I know i had said about getting a fitting vut managed to get some clubs second hand a lot cheaper than id have expected due to my mate moving to australia lol. So I've got the TM Qi10 5H coming and the Callaway Ai Smoke 7W. Bought them off him for cheap as he wanted them gone.

I then picked up a putter from Gc4Cash. Went for the 2022 Spider GT Notchback. Got it for 140 quid second hand. Gonna put my scotty on FB marketplace, and trade in my Rogue ST 3W, 4H and 5H that I currently have. Don't use them as regularly other than the latter which will be replaced by the Qi10

Last years models as well...so looking forward to trying out even if they're not fit to me he's a similar size and build.

    Signed as well, Cas.

Chipped in a couple quid to bump up the views too. Have also shared with my golf group chats.

    Is that John McGinn's local?

Drumoig is a decent track. It’s a resort though and the course is set up as such. If you can get a deal with a buggy then take it. They play full course all season though which is a big plus.

Shame. As Marty said above there's cuts happening everywhere.

Even outside of golf, West lothian Council where I am have shut down 3 local swimming pools due to lack of funding.

Yet plenty money to go towards other useless *. And people wonder why kids are getting upto nonsense and getting fatter younger.

That's me logged off work ready to hit Vale do Lobo Thursday morning, 4 days of carnage.

    Buzzing!!!

Can't recommend golf trips enough, if you get a chance, there's deals to be had out there too without breaking the bank.
