I would say he’s miles off where he used to be. He looks so much slower and lazier, and I’ve always been a massive fan.

He’s 27 now and should be hitting his prime, but he looks instead like he’s over the peak. A good summer rest and he could obviously still reach his best but at the same time I would be happy if he moves on for some cash and we reinvest.

    I suspect that’s the plan.

Needs moved on. Played 3 or 4 decent games then back to his old self. Lazy, giving it away, crap concentration.

Still class on his day but I have noticed he looks slower these days..

Used to burst by people and go on good runs with the ball. Doesn't do it as often now or can't get away from people as well..

Takes far too long on the ball domestically as well when you just don't get that time..

I do think he's gone in the summer, and I think it's the right time for him to leave.

Good player but I'd be looking for someone more consistent.

Wonder how much we could get for him? Thinking around the 12m mark

He is the most likely to want away in the summer, fortunately out of our usual starting 11 he is the most replaceable and if we scout correctly we can sign a player who is far more consistent and can be relied upon to turn in a good performance. Nobodies going to tell me our excellent performance against Bayern would have collapsed without Reo, I wouldn’t be devastated if he left in the summer.

I think he'll be away in the summer and I feel like it's the right time for everyone.

    The highest fee possible, please.

    We evolve.

Rodgers might hence why McCowan stayed sat on the bench despite all 3 starting midfielders being burst...

Genuine question, why does everyone have Hatate moving on in the summer, have I missed something?

Hes openly spoke about moving on the last 2 summers.

He's been here 3 and a half years and fits our business model to move him on.

So kinda inevitable that he will go.

Although for past 2 summers iv said unless he finds a better level of consistency I don't see him getting kind of move he wants and still think that's accurate.

Most players when quizzed would probably say they would want to play in a better league.

He can struggle with consistency at times, but was excellent v Munich and Villa recently..

One of the few players who's happy to take the ball under pressure at the highest level.. I'd be sad to see him go..

And if he does I'd be looking for £15m or around that as he would be difficult to replace..

    Very undervalued by the support.

I get the sense he will want to try another league. I think there are similar aspects to Kyogo. In addition, he has seen Mitoma reach the EPL and do well and his other ex teammate Ao Tanaka looks like joining those ranks with Leeds. I am not sure that’s where he will end up but there has been rumoured interest from France and Germany previously, as well as lower half EPL teams.

Two summers ago I think he would have been off if not for getting injured.

In terms of a fee, it is hard to say I suspect given the low outlay we had any 8 figure sale would present a big profit but given some of his CL performances then we should be looking to get as much as possible as on his day he can comfortably play in a better league.

Don't know if he's undervalued or if it's just fans looking at the consistency levels .

On his game he's a great player but he doesn't do it enough. Ur lucky if you get 2 good games a month from him.

He's had issues with injuries but I still don't think he's been anywhere near consistent enough over a prolonged period of time to get enough big clubs interested or willing to pay big money for him.

Id say hes as good a player as Oriley was but he's not had anywhere near the kind of season that Oriley had last season where he was producing week in, week out.

I reckon he probably wants a move but I think similar to Kyogo he may need to settle for a sideways step
