Thing for me is, he's as good as the other players around him... When the team is playing well, do is he... But he's just not giving the impression that HE is ever gonna be the guy to grab it by the scruff and shake it up when it's needed... Kyogo only needed a sniff sometimes, even when playing terribly, and bang! He's rolled his marker, split off and scored!

Idah will be fine as a squad striker, or on days when we're not backs to the wall, but we need a game changer striker too... The one to force things, and put a finger on the scales when we're struggling!

 

As bad a 45 as you will see from a celtic striker. Rightly hooked.

The board let the team and supporters down again by thinking Jota coming back makes up for Kyogo leaving. Idah is * * and Norwich pulled our pants down, spanked us and put us on ignore. He's a lazy, TikTok dancing shitebag.

Edit - I don't know if he was onside, but that ball over where he just couldn't be arsed controlling the ball to go 1v1. And then that bit where he just had to look up and 2 men free. PISH.

 

His worst performance of the season today and rightly hooked.

However folk desperate to stick the boot in should remember his recent good form.

 

He has been great since the Villa game, but that was an all timer of a poor performance.

He squares that to Marda or Kuhn, it's 1-1 and we likely win that game.

Dreadful, shouldn't start the next game.

 

Other than his goal last week he was * dreadful in that game as well. He's * woeful and I don't understand everybody's need to make it out like he's not.

 

Too often looks disinterested in the lesser games, at least give 100% especially when he was the freshest player of the front 3.

 

Disagree completely tbh. Came on and was very good against Bayern.

 

Kyogo definitely gets better and better every time Idah has a poor game. I had forgotten how brilliant how he had been for us this season and seamlessly fits into Rodgers system.

 

People have different views on games I suppose.

I've never rated him, as I said here earlier. Proving why he was a Norwich bench warmer.

Maeda is a significantly better player through the middle than he is

 

Only gives 100% when he thinks he's the 'main man', the minute Maeda becomes our go to striker, back to huffy 90% self.

 

Kyogo was just as bad this season and genuinely no major loss to us.

 

They both have good attributes and have both put in very good performances for us this season, we have uses for both.

 

That was a disgrace of a performance. He was genuinely embarrassing

 

Just get another top class striker in..

Agreed. That wasn't aimed at you. Idah was * today. You can't go through a page on this thread though without people going on bout Kyogo though and making stuff up how good he was for us in this team.

 

The Hibs boy upfront showed more good attributes than Idah.

Boyle? He's a decent player but he'd get nowhere near our squad imo.
