    Rennes being in a relegation fight, whilst true is a bit overblown. They're pretty unlikely to be relegated.

    Maeda and Hatate rarely start for Japan, they make the squad usually, but all the players that start are playing at a higher level domestically. It's easy to see why Kyogo thought France would give him a better chance.

    I love him so much that I hope he gets sorted and gets a move to a club that plays to his strengths.

    What a deal we got though. A 30 something striker that doesn't fit our manager's philosophy in exchange for a 25 year old winger who is everything our manager wants in a football player.

    Folk might not want to admit it but he hadn't been the same player for about 18 months. Was showing it in flashes rather than consistently.
