    Really interesting band. Saw them live a few times in the 70s.

    Are they that old? I would not have imagined that.

    Now I know that they have a huge bit of the Television about them.

    Good stuff

    They've been about since 71/72 and have released at least a couple of dozen albums, studio and live. I think they've influenced a few bands.

    Well it's probably Television that drew from their stuff in that case.

    I'll be tuning into more of that mate.

    I'm papping it on right now. I love hearing new stuff, especially if it's decades old.

    I've got a feeling it might be like Television in that it was 20 years to soon.

    @tarboltontim

    Wow it's so much like Television, or should I say Television is so much like Camel.

    They kind of meet in the middle with certain songs, Camel goes pop and Television goes rock but the influence is similar.

    As I said, Camel are quite influential. A bit of a band's band.

    I'm listening to an album just now and I just got a "full album" that I cannot skip to get to the next camel song. This is showing on YouTube a song. Not an advert yet it is an advert.

    I still prefer Television as I prefer the direction they take from where both meet but Camel are very good too.

    It's in the collection but have a feeling it may be at my brother's place. Good album.
