Hatate will be away for sure if the right offer comes in. Kuhn I can't see leaving just yet. Hasn't done it for long enough to really go to the top level. If some Saudi club want to give us £25 million though be our guest.

I know he’s 34, but is there another catch? He’s scored 80 goals in just under 140 games for Monaco.

 

He's been brought in to essentially play several positions as and when needed I'm guessing. Honestly have no issue with him or that kind of signing. The rest seems underwhelming.

My guess is the top 2 choice strikers are for sale in the summer and it was wait or sign 3rd or 4th choice now. If there is longer term plans and it comes off I can forgive in the summer.

This will be a very unpopular opinion but if we couldn't get the right player in and a player who Rodgers wanted, I would be happy to go with what we have until the summer. Idah has hit form and a front three of Jota, Maeda, Kuhn looks electrifying to me to be honest.

In saying all that I still hate the Board.

 

Not signing a striker, even a loan, isn't good enough. Rodgers has said we wanted to bring one in just yesterday, so once again we've failed to strengthen as necessary. Shambles.
