The ings thing 100% will have been put out by agent that's a certainty

 

Only really seen Penrice when against us or if hearts are on tv against Huns/aberdeen/hibs so only going off those games really but yeah you’re right if it’s low they it’s low risk. I’m surprised at that fee if that’s the case though as would have imagined hearts wanted more than that

 

Right , kvistgaarden is our main target that we've most likely been tracking for 2 years at least, there should be at the very least 2 or 3 more on the list with a similar profile? Obviously not, none of the other strikers linked are remotely similar. This is purely a recruitment team/scouting issue. Can't really blame brondby or even the guys in charge of trying to facilitate the deal( I know they may be the same)

I agree, but idah has 3 goals in 2 games since kyogo left. We do need another striker but I wouldn’t be going and spending £10 mil on another striker that puts idah out of the team.

think this is where the clubs due diligence should have been done and we’re picking up a player we’ve scouted specifically for when kyogo inevitably left. Preferably a player in the same mould as kyogo so when idah isn’t playing we have a different option to bring on. Don’t need to spend mega bucks, just need to spend wisely

I think I could have taken one of striker or left back being filled by a loan to the summer, kind of expected it, but both is pretty poor. I hope it doesn't happen but it looks like it will now.

Maybe we should have a loan as a striker, see if Idah is ready and see how much we need to spend in the summer.

 

I still expect KT in the door today and for us to pay Arsenal some money. I'll genuinely be surprised if he stays with Arsenal till the summer. He's worth more to us than them over the next six months, so there's plenty of room for a deal to be made.

As for whether we'll get anyone else in, I have no idea. I do think we need a striker TBH. As good as Idah has been, we're screwed if he gets injured. Even a loan would be OK.
