    Hes a very good young player with huge potential and one we would regret not getting.

    However, he really doesn't help with the lack of pace in our midfield. If anything he's slower than most of the ones we have

    Would sign him then loan him straight out.
    He needs more development before he is really for the first team. But £4m is worth taking a chance on.

    I wouldn't say he's proper slow though.

    Not turnbull levels anyway. His stats are some of the highest for a midfielder his age across Europe. I don't think we can afford not to try and get him in.

    Yeah I agree. We definitely should be going for him, actually thought we should of did it last year and am really surprised 12 months later we are still in with a chance of getting him.

    I just feel hes a similar type to others we have, although at a much younger age and higher potential if developed properly.

    Would still like to see us sign a real proper powerful midfielder, someone in the mould of moussa dembele that played for spurs a few years back, but that will likely need to wait for another window.

    We are at our limit and obviously wouldn't meet the criteria of a club trained u21 player.

    He's injured with a fractured ankle too. Not sure motherwell would be too chuffed if we loaned him back and he was out most of what was left of the season.

    There are ways around that. For example, we sign him now but the deal stipulates that the transfer doesn’t take place until summer and we top up a signing bonus to cover Miller’s lost wages to that point.
