    Was never too sure about him this season but yet again it shows i know * all about football really showing a good strikers instinct past few games

    If we are honest, he's been playing second fiddle for most of the season to someone who had probably wanted away since last summer. I'd imagine that was probably known within the squad as well.

    Couldn't have been great for him confidence wise. He came in and started a fee there and I wasn't impressed.

    But when he's on it, like at Killie last season, he has everything we want from a no9. If he gets consistency he won't be here long. That's the aim, now.

    Thing is, he'd been knocking at the door repeatedly for weeks and it always felt like he just needed to pop one/a couple in and get the momentum going... Hopefully this is the shift in inertia he's been putting the effort in for...

    Its pretty crazy how good we are at finding strikers isnt it. We were a absolute disgrace before the hooper days but have been pretty much bang on since then.
