    What a strange move it turned out to be.

    And not because he was an awful player. Would hope this means we aren't going to play out the rest of the season with only 1 LB who himself is also likely gone next season

    A shame how this has ultimately ended. Really thought he would cement his place as first-choice this season. Still believe him to be a better player than Taylor, who Rodgers clearly has a huge soft spot for.

    Fingers crossed we get Tierney done before the window closes then. Can't possibly be thinking Taylor and Scales is fine moving forward for the next few months. Not going into a UCL playoff.

    How so? It reads to me as if the player and probably even his parent club (given who manages Como) made it happen, neither Celtic nor Rodgers pushed for it from what I can see.

    We have released a key squad player the day before our final champions league group game when we have an already weakened squad. Currently we have no backup to Taylor at the club and just a hope that Tierney is in before the deadline.

    Our Final Champions League group game from which we have already secured progression to the play off phase - our aim at the offset. He’s not first choice and, again, we haven’t initiated it happening?

    Not much could be done about the timing of this or Kyogo, it is now fairly apparent both hung off until after Young Boys given how quickly both left thereafter.

    We've still allowed it to happen at this time, we had to allow the release by all accounts. It's a game worth 2.4 million to us.

    He's played 19 games for us and has not missed a single match day squad since he joined us, that's pretty important for us. With CCV out scales will be starting so if Taylor's not at the races or gets Injured who's coming on at Left back?

    If we don't land Tierney before deadline day who's our left back cover?

    Maybe he'll do better in La Liga or Serie A - but I didn't think he was good at all.
    Taylor a better player.
    Nowhere near £6M at this early stage of career.

    But wheels would've been turning on KT since the summer, so was always a stop gap, think he would've been to good to be a back up, especially if it would be £6m
