198 goals in 6.5 seasons so is 30.5 approx per season so is 9 goals a season less than Ronaldo and 10 goals a season less than Messi.
Keeps that average it will take him another 10 seasons to catch Suarez, 11 to catch Ibrahimovic, 12 to catch Lewandowski and about 17 to catch Messi and about 20 to catch Ronaldo

It is absolutely crazy that that’s the case…..and to say messi and ronaldo both had quite quiet goal scoring first few seasons too when they began. We’ve been spoilt!

Lewandowski now only needs 6 more goals to overtake the legendary Gerd Muller to move into 7th spot.

Jimmy McGrory was the best player I ever saw play for Celtic. I remember his debut....was 1923....in a 0-1 defeat to Third Lanark at the old Cathkin Park. He was some player. Proper superstar

I am 117. I also remember Patsy Gallagher.....and although Jimmy Quinn was playing at the time I was a bit young to remember him at the time

That’s Lewandowski now equalled Jimmy McGrory’s total of 550 top flight career goals.

It’s amazing that with just 4 players still playing in the list they have scored 2739 competitive 1st class club and international goals between them not counting friendlies or lower division or unders goals

It’s amazing that Lewandowski would have to score a hat trick in each and every one of his next 100 matches to get ahead of Ronaldo

Never mind that. get him to sign for us and he'd score that amount in one season

With the 4 still playing on the list they have scored a combined 2,886 goals between the 4 of them.
This only includes top flight, competitive goals not friendlies or under, for both club and country.

Currently Ronaldo is 3 goals short of 900 and Messi 1 short of 800.
These totals DO NOT include friendlies or non first team goals or lower than top flight goals

International friendlies are generally considered as goals that count.

I'm talking about international friendlies, not club friendlies. The 77 goals Pele scored for Brazil were majority friendlies.

Only included competitive matches in major competitions and friendly matches are not major competitions.
You can always go through the list, copy it and add the international friendlies then paste the updated list. I won’t
