I agree fully. I can completely get how we've played recently with the relative lack of quality depth, and the sheer number of games we've played since the start of December - it's no coincidence that's when the form started to drop a bit.

But yeah, Wednesday is the big one - lose (or even draw) and he deserves criticism.

The teams better when it plays fast and presses like * not this stale garbage we put out week to week, I thought the schedule but out performances have been crap for a good while while still getting results, the cup final for example how * were we in that game

Frank and bigdoggy are spot on we won last season because Rodgers had compromised and we still had some of the fast attacking mentality but now there's no momentum in our play he's slowed it all down so we can play a hundred passes side to side it's boring as * and allows even the poorest of teams to make us look static!

It's pish Rogers do something about you *!

You'd think grown adults with any sort of savvy about them would be capable of taking things into consideration other than the most basic, emotional primary school attitudes they just can't shake off.

Anyway, we look a side that's tired and need a freshness in certain areas. This was still the most complete Celtic side I'd seen for a long long time for most of the first part of the season..

The negativity from some here is just so ott. Either they are huns or just have no sense of reality. Is everything perfect? * no, but are we seeing a a great season? * yeah! Is the lack of winter break killing our form? Most defo!

 

As a fan base we've become nauseatingly reactive to any dip in form. Even in just in a period of a match.

 

I got hounded to * for this kinda statement last year mate, I must no have been here long enough

 

This is the worst I've ever came across for people over reacting. Any negative result or even just standard less than impressive win is met by...."this player should get punted in the window..." And last season at almost this exact time of year it was Rodgers that was to *.off and leave.

It honestly is mental and I can't stand reading some of the * on here after any game that we don't play well.

McGregor got it tight for his below average performance against rangers...yes if it didn't play well then he might be due criticism...but no one takes into account like every other time when he bossed their midfield. That's all forgotten about...

Didn’t want him back and still not a big fan of his personality but you can’t argue that he’s not done an impressive job. Good chance of another treble and definitely signs of progress in the CL. Ok, the past few games haven’t been a great watch but calling him a * and calling for him to * off is just embarrassing. We laugh at the huns for being entitled ffs.

 

Our fans complained when Rodgers went all out attack and we got leathered off Dortmund. A more mundane performance was what was needed.

Now we've to scrap that and back to all out attack.

Ange can only play the one way. It surprised teams in England to begin with but his tactics have been rumbled now and teams are wise to it. All out attack is not a hard tactic to play against if u have good enough players

Point is...some fans will never stop moaning regardless...too attacking....no attacking enough etc

 

Totally! There is no realism anymore. Sometimes I wonder if many were watching the same game like I did.

 

Short memories! On here there are a few very suspect ones who probably do it out of a blue agenda… and the negative ones lap it up and jump on the ship to beat with sticks. Its rrally terrible, absolutely no loyalty some of us show.

 

As a fan base we're ridiculously spoiled by success.

 

Definitely some suspects but also some who are just bonkers.

Avoiding the match thread during the games is advisable. It's always an absolute car crash unless we're comfortably in front.
