I didn't want him to go when Ange had him centre mid soon as he came in..

2 against Dundee or someone at home and box to box..

Didn't play it enough at us. Lennon had him right or right of a diamond or something pishy like that..

Could drive you mad with his wasteful shooting. Maybe under orders but was a time he thought he was the bollocks and would regularly balloon it over from anywhere..

Incredible that he's smashing it as a box to box 8 in a 3 for an impressive EPL side yet Clarke still has him out on the wings where he lacks that blistering pace needed. Criminal..

Great energy but crossing and shooting could be brutal. And thays the infuriating thing....he has it jn his locker but decision making is poor

Crazy Scotland don’t play him in the role he plays for Bournemouth. Our team now picks itself

    Definitely can't argue with that..

Kinda alluded to his greed with referencing him shooting from everywhere..

Playing in a deeper role suits him, and he’s made a real success of his time down south.

How long before his father starts agitating for a move to a bigger club?

It happens a lot with Scottish players going to the EPL. Some players do well down there and they are sometimes the ones u don't expect.

I mean Charlie Adam ended up at Liverpool and when he was up here he was bang average ....pish in fact.
When John McGinn was at Hibs I rated him as a good player but I wouldn't have thought he would go on to captain a big team like Aston Villa.

Either the EPL isn't as far ahead of our league as everyone thinks. Or the difference in coaching is that much better that it makes these players a lot better.

I personally think McGregor could be at a Spurs level type club and that that he'd do well. But I think that ship has sailed for him now. He's with us for the rest of his career. I often wonder how well Broony would have done in England

I think Broony would've done well down here..

He had the physicality and athleticism needed. Sometimes the technical side has been overrated down the years in England.....and improved it much more as the years went on anyway..

He would've excelled with better quality around him. Probably lives a slightly better life as an athlete off the pitch as well..

When Ryan Christie became a real Celtic player it’s when he started busting a gut in both directions and never stopped, in that respect he’s a good player - no arguments.

However, as a number 10 or even a false 9 as he has been used he’s bang average. His passing and shooting and decision making are all too erratic.

That being said, if you want a dynamic box to box centre mid he’s showing that he’s good enough to do that at a very, very, high level. I hope that’s the position he now plays for Scotland personally.

In the position he's playing currently he's excellent.

Wasn't a huge fan as a no10 or wide player. For various reasons.
