They are * if they sack him. Well and truly… no one will be able to come in and get that depleted squad competing at all. Unproven RB and 18 year old CM as the only fit pairing today :sicksmile

need to stick with him for at least this year I think

I'm still a bit confused about the hand ball rule tbh, but for me it was the right decision to let the goal stand, the players arm/hand was not in an unnatural position and because of that he shouldn't be punished, where else was his arm/hand supposed to be, there was no deliberate motion to interfere with the play.

He's an angry man all the time now, a world away from his time as Celtic manager, limping on from game to game.

All the noises coming out from Spurs about him is they won’t, they back what he’s doing, and if they back him January with Ange saying it’s experience he wants in now it’ll be a statement of being behind him. It’s one I’ll keep an eye out for what they do in the window if they are serious about his position being safe. If he doesn’t get backed in the window, then it points towards them looking towards a new manager. If he gets backed they’re behind him, and it’s a message that they do - particularly to their squad as well, because there was rumblings there’s a part of the first team that aren’t buying into him. And honestly, there’s always rumours but it looks like thats true to me, there’s a lot of guys not playing the way we know he demands. We’re forgetting looking at how Spurs are playing he’s not just gung ho, his style works when all the players are making sure they defend, pressing heavily, working very hard, being relentless and not letting the highline be exposed, and the defence is there to sweep up what gets through those infront. That doesn’t happen down there.

A small thing that’s a massive sign of them not buying in for me, and was one of the first things I noticed about our players being fully behind him after the year before - look at when they get a throw in, it’s not players showing ball immediately back in play. It was used as a marketing slogan for us but we don’t stop sums up what he wants from a team in a nutshell, watching Spurs does anyone think that’s what they do? And at the start of last season, when he got 3 MotM awards in a row, Spurs getting plaudits, it’s exactly what they were doing.

I’m not sure high paid players with big egos can be moulded into that style though. All that, and there’s also him being highly reliant, far more so than us with CCV, on Van de Veen. He makes the defensive style work, without him it doesn’t. And with an 18 year old midfielder at CB, and a highly rated 21 year old CB bot used to the premiership being the experienced pro defending in comparison. It’s suicidal. Him refusing to adapt makes me think he’s stubbornly sticking to his guns knowing a lot of guys in the dressing room don’t back what he’s doing. Because he changed to make sure we just * win when we had injury problems his first season, in December, we won by 1 goal every game then I think. Was just make sure to win. We were fully behind him as a team and fans though.

That Bergvall is going to be some player. Solanke looks to be fitting ange’s style eventually too

Heading for extra time against Tamworth, will surely be sacked if they weren’t to go through here.

He deserves to lose his job tbh.

Big likeable guy and fun to listen to but he’s limited as a manager. His football was great to watch when he was managing us against bog standard Scottish teams but when he comes up against any sort of quality he’s found out more often than not.

Aye he’s not impressed down there. Think a lot of the injuries are likely down to his style too
